Hmm, I was on Loratadine until recently, thought it wasn't doing the trick and switched to Cetrizine about a week ago. Since then I seem to have felt much worse and judging by last night the Cetirizine doesn't seem to be working anyway.
I think I'll switch back to Loratadine today.
During high season and obvious peaks (or when I know I'll be outside for ages in the evening) I supplement. So, as detailed before, I think:
April - Beclamethasone (1/4 recommended dosage)
Early May - As above + Loratadine
Late May to early July - Beclamethasone (1/2 dosage) + Loratadine + Sodium Cromoglycate
Then reverse things, so by early August I'm probably just on a small Beclamethasone dose again, finishing end of August.
