Is there any reason not to buy a new, sealed and supposedly factory unlocked HTC One from ebay? Seller (UK based) has seemingly good rep and mentions warranty is valid. Just cautious as it's £80 cheaper than any other one. Never bought from the bay so a bit sceptical.

No good reason no, just be prepared to fight your corner if you have to in case things go wrong.

Pay by a credit card via paypal to max out your chances to claim off someone else if needs be. Make sure you keep a record of any items posted, messages sent etc.
