I like the idea of a seperate vet's race, it means you can compete on a level footing with everyone else.
That said, I see Matt Seaton's back in the UK and Darren Barclay and a few other good riders are moving up to Vet status this season, so the level of racing is going to be very, very high (assuming they ride the vet races).
