  • Squatting last night with patio slabs outside, then found some edgings and was curling those.

    Led me to think I may start working out at home more, sandbags and that kind of thing.

    Just watch your back. One thing about lifting nicely designed barbells, and dumdbells etc. Is they allow you to get the weight over your feet.

    When I was a caretaker. I had feck all to do. So I built myself a gym from 5 Ltr detergent bottles, broom handles etc. I was in great shape.
