It's not the place for criticism of the seller or whoever it is your rage is aimed at.

Hey Baba...I have a bunch of problems...Lets not even go there, ok...;D?
And Dan...The Bro joke sort of falls flat when you are neither bro nor biatch...capisce?
Here's to you selling your bike, this time buy something that's steel, with brakes and the correct gearing...and then it won't be a flash in the pan romance...that leaves the bad taste of crabon in your mouth, and you will start a torrid and healthy marriage with a bike you love and cherish for many a year, thats comfy, springy, easy to ride...easy to stop, etc etc etc...
tho If you'd like to shell out on a coffee then I'd love to, I could even help you build (or build it for you) that new steel bike you are after?
Saying that...this is still a sale thread for a race ready Carbon track bike.

you have got a great bike, keep it for the track. buy another one which is more appropriate for the road

It bears repeating--the number of bikes you ought to own is n+1, in which n represents the number of bikes you already own. :)

I can't believe people seriously considering riding in LONDON (my friend the cyclist death capital of the world)...without brakes...WTF? Are you that desperate to look 'trendy'...(arrrf I lurve that word....) Yes...TRENDY,....
That you would ride 49/14...brakless...crabon bike...and then moan that it's a cunt to ride...''God...its a bit harsh...and its really stiff to pedal...the fuckers killing my knees''...strange that all the old blokes that have been riding 'fixies' for training for 30 years haven't killed their knees..and I wonder, maybe cause they aren't stopping and starting all the time using the cog as a brake...
Oh ...well...
I'm one of them old gits!!! Currently running 57/16.......with a brake.....
Knees still working -

messyrage, that's against the Classifieds rules on here--you should close this thread (look under 'thread tools') or remove the Gumtree ad. Rules:

whats wrong with putting an ad on gumtree? i understand poating the ad on here but what i do elsewhere is my business?
Not according to the forum rules:
If you have an item for sale anywhere other than here, like ebay, bikeradar, ctc, retrobike, etc. then you cannot post it here.
The point of this rule is that this forum is for a community and isn't meant to be 'just' another sales site. If all you want to do is sell something, go to eBay or Gumtree or something like that. If you want to sell to the community on here, post an ad up on here.
Your choice--you are, of course, perfectly welcome to sell via Gumtree, but then the forum would require you to withdraw the ad here. Alternatively, you can delete the Gumtree ad and sell here and become part of, and enjoy the community here. (And I dislike the over-use of the word 'community' myself, but its meaning is that there are lots of good people on here whom you can meet in real life, go for rides with, go drinking with, etc.--and, of course exchange/swap/sell bikes/bike parts with, so it's certainly recommended over fairly anonymous exchanges for only money on Gumtree.)

You jest, surely.
Why not?
I don't see why not...it's keeping his plea to sell his crabon fixie bike at the top of the charts...pop pickers...
