Buy derailuer + shifter.
Buy freehub.
Buy chainring (possibly with adaptor to get down to 30t).
I'd be riding all the time while collecting the bits. The only questions are whether I need the range, whether I like the crank work around, and whether I get on with the shifter (if it fits under my pogies thats not an issue).
Firstly I still need brakes.
