Emyr means the 90s degrees on the arm thing.
The rules say pushing with the arm is allowed, as long as the elbow isn't extended more than 90 degrees.
The reasoning for the rule is so you can defend with your arm, but not strongarm someone.
Which in itself I don't think is a bad thing
