What time is it? Watches and horology

Now that I've put together some .......blah,pics,blah...........
And then there's a few others I quite like. The Rolex Submariner is great but a bit ubiquitous and a bit look-at-my-effing-rolex. .............

Any thoughts?

if people know you for long enough they will realise that you are not the type of person they thought you should be because of the watch you are wearing. moreover you should wear the watch rather than the watch wearing you. its about substance or depth of character. when somebody walks into a room and the one of the first things you notice about them is their watch,,,,, maybe their watch is wearing them. does that make sense?
like the person of character that wears a jacket that has an interestingly patterned lining, that you only by chance get to glimpse. you dont see it because the owner takes it off and does an impression of a matador so that the world can see the lining.
buy the watch that you love the most and like BQ says wear it and love it.
submariners are beautiful. i also like stainless omega geneve from 1971
