Is this race still going on?

If it is, would it make sense to ride over the route that the Tour will be heading out on, when it departs Yorkshire in 2014, is that route actually known? Or will the route be something new and completely homegrown, or possibly changing from year to year?

it's new and homegrown but it does cross some of the tour de france route as it stands - very sorry for not announcing a date or details guys -

i will come up with some rough details this weekend and we can go from there

Due to not being able to get tickets to see the Knife in either London or Copenhagen, I'm going to miss this ride now as I'm going to Primavera to see them instead which is the same weekend. I blame ticket touts and third party websites. Boo and hiss.

L'Eroica vintage sportive could form part of Peak District Festival of Cycling from 2014

yeah heard about this a few months ago - should be good

turns out matt and i are soo busy we're just going to do a very unorganised ride with a start and finish and public route setting off at 8am one morning from harrogate, i think a manageable amount is 10-20 people but as it's unsupported and all we'll offer is pre warning a pub for when we arrive for lunch anyone is welcome

we're doing the rapha gentlemans on saturday so will decide on a date then
