Fair enough, in any case the planet X merino base layer is sensationally cheap.
160g merino.. would you wear that as a you only layer for proper sunny days? Or gym workouts?
I am wondering if they could serve as an alternative to the ubiquitous Helly Hansen stripe long sleeve? It would be great, it is cheaper than most synthetic base layers and would have the added benefits of wool.
