Really? i think you have fallen into the tech bloggers product life cycle where anything more than 6 months old is "showing it's age". I saw the Nexus 4 described as that a week or 2 ago.

I was being glib, what I was erring towards was, to drop the cash on a machine that will be superceded in a couple of months seems silly, I might as well wait the 6weeks or so and buy the new one.
I appreciate there will always be a 'new one' in the near future.
I am waiting on the version 2 (1080p FTW)
