One-to-one/ pair yoga classes in Kings Cross N1.

I have a lovely bright wee studio just the right size for one-to-ones or pairs. If this is something you are interested in, do get in touch. Rates are negotiable depending on your financial/ health circumstances. Please do pass this on to anyone you know who may be interested and get in touch if you have any questions.

Yoga for Cyclists classes in Elephant and Castle and in East London

The next YFC course starting this Wednesday in Elephant is fully booked and I'm afraid I still haven't secured a premise for East London classes. Thanks to all those students who have made suggestions. Believe it or not, I am now officially in contact with all the venues you recommended. I am in the process of visiting them all and trying to figure out where and when this may happen at last. I will of course update you as soon as I have found somewhere suitable.

I hope to see you at one of the events!

    Warm wishes,

    Rebecca
