I test rode a friends Rose Xeon CRS for a 10 mile blast with some hills. It completely surpassed all my expectations. It was set up for him, so saddle too low, bars too high, wrong size etc, but despite all that I flew on it. Ordered my own about 2 days later. Should have it by the end of the month. Can't wait to get my mitts on it and try it set up for me! You can chop and change things like the bars, saddle, stem, post, even wheels etc and I was even able to choose stem length, crank length, bar width etc so a really excellent way of buying an "off the peg" but still getting lots of choice to tweak things. On the 5000 model I've gone for I could even choose from 53/39, 52/36 or 50/34 chainring options. The bikes look so much better in the flesh too.
