    The Ebel is as rare as hen's teeth. It was one of the early 6B/159 marked RAF watches which is basically a chronometer navigator's watch, but they were re-graded as 6B/234 which I assume is because they didn't meet chronometer specs after a while in service.

    The closest watch you could get for reasonable money in a similar small size, albeit with a sub-second dial would maybe be an ATP model like those by Timor and CYMA. Still WW2, but much more common.
