Just done my first Ashtanga class. Great!
I would recommend all cyclists.
It showed me how much tighter my right knee is compared to my left, how tight my hamstrings are (I'm flexible and could do half manage every position but those where I had to sit on my heel with toes facing back), how limited basic stretching is and how a cycling position creeps into every posture ("shoulders back!").
The walk home was crazy, kept underestimating my stride. Never had to concentrate on walking so hard (sober).
