Johnny, you're wrong. The grouppo/wheelset is expensive, yes. But not overpriced by any stretch of the imagination.

It's worth what someone is prepared to pay.

I personally, wouldn't pay that much for it - it's not NOS anymore, it's used - but someone else might. It's a lovely build so might just get someone excited enough. I hope it does, selling something like that is hard enough.
