Get a S. You would fit a M but for polo peeps usually get a size smaller. SPD would be good to avoid toe overlap but you could also try a longer BB to increase the Q factor. I think Dtroll runs 175 cranks and 120+ BB on a small pomp with spd and has no toe overlap.
