Prolly did says it's not a tourer in the strictest sense, just a mix bags of off road, commuting and touring, which make more sense in the long term.
I like how it differ from his original Geekhouse tourer, the more experience he got from touring, the more he know what he want from it.

Simply that the track bike aren't the most nimble handling bicycle in the first place, adding a large front rack with moderate weight simply exacerbate it.
