No problem. Its happened on bikes that havent been messed with, on loads of polo pomps but they get much more abuse than normal (hopping, endo spins,heavy accelerating, crashes etc). I'm quite light and use the geared pomp for commuting and light cx style riding with no problems. It's well do able, but you're more likely to snap your stays if its been coldset. As I said before, coldset your frame at your own risk. Mines been ok!
