Tourney: 2013 UK Championsips and Euro Qualifiers 2013/06/01-02

As I understand it:

1. Seed all the teams
   
2. Top plays bottom, second team plays second from bottom
   
3. Sort list by game points (3 for win, 1 for draw), then by seed
   
4. next round: play 1 vs 2, 3 vs 4 etc to see what the difference is between the teams who have the same results so far.
   
5. goto 2
   
   

I know 3 is the behaviour for the later rounds but I don't know if that goes right back to round 2.

This means if you have 2 wins 1 loss after three rounds, you're likely to play a team with the same results so far, so that we find out which team is best.
