In Podium and Challonge? no
Podium does the classic 3 points, 1 point.
Challonge just counts wins (so 1 win is better than 5 draws)
It would require doing it by hand, or another piece of software.
But as Louis says, 3/1 points was designed to promote attacking play (in football). The same probably applies to polo. If you don't want a draw, risk more.
