Well after six and half weeks my oh shit moment draws to a close with the removal of wires etc and casts off yesterday . Still a bit woozy from general anaesthetic and hands are very stiff as is the wrist I broke but can get both hands over the hoods ! Back to the consultant friday then ridin' sunday . Not gonna do that again in a hurry .

LOL I've been there before. Hit a parked car as it was my first day going clipless and was practicing clipping in and out around a blind corner. LOL I wish I filmed it. It was hilarious in slow motion as well so no damage to car or bike. Hands up I deserved that one.

Falling happens but getting up and going again is what matters. It still makes me smile every time I go by that spot.

Ran over a squirrel on traps lane as I was spinning down the hill. It scampered out in front of me, did the idiot dance of death and died. Was being tailgated by a car that was too close so could not avoid it.
