Road bike recommendations

I've been eyeing this up recently. I'm thinking of going for it but I'm not 100%. Anyone here know of any issues I might come into re BB90 or anything else.
I've heard from a few people that Trek are pretty good with fibre and I've always thought the same, but just wondering if you guys knew anything else.

I don't seem to have had any problems with the one on my giant (which I think is BB90). The one problem is the hassle of chaining the cranks if you need to. We're in quite an annoying period of BB indecisiveness.
