Saw a guy in a Hi-viz, jeans and a grey woolly hat walking along Marylebone road on Thursday afternoon, about 3pm, carrying a front wheel. He saw a specialized locked up and then stopped, checked the lock and began fiddling with the front wheel to get it off. Bold as brass. Looked early 40's and quite swarthy, sorry couldn't apprehend him but the driver I was with couldn't give a toss and I didn't have a phone on me to call the po po. if it makes you feel better I did shout out 'Oi, C*nt' at him but he ignored my call and carried on regardless. Could even see the look of anticipation on his face as he tried to swipe the wheel. I really hope he wasn't successful.
I was fuming when we turned down towards Euston
