What time is it? Watches and horology

So since i fucked up last time, and i was told i should ask here first, let me try. Hopefully i wont get slagged off too much.

I am looking daily wear that i can wear at my employment, but I can also wear while riding, playing out doors.
Im looking for a strong watch, which is not less than 42 but not more than 45 mm.

Not multi dial (unless its a sub second- which i love)

So not a dress watch. But not a G-shock.
