Don't know who Roberto is but +1 to Oakland. SF is deader than dead. Sold out to the tech industry and the young professionals. If you're looking for real people doing real things head over to the East Bay and Oakland in particular. You'll need to take Bart, $3.70 or so to cross the bay.
