  • WJ prince do you have any more info on the above exercises? Like time spent on each one or reps? Well up for giving this a go.

    You do each exercise for 90 seconds, or if you are really out of shape start at 30 and go up by 10 or 15 seconds duration as you get fitter, and transition between each one with no rest. Really power them out.
    I go round the whole set three times which is just about dead on an hour.
