I moved my weigh in day to this morning as I was 300 miles from my scales yesterday.

So progress on last monday so I'm fairly happy but a bit annoyed at myself for cracking and drinking over the weekend...
Overall still probably stayed within my calorie target (running, cycling,swimming and hiking up hills helped there) but I'm not sure beer calories are usefull ones!
