I didn't know this thread existed.
Loving the street rat setups. The 09 Hamilton, the green thing and Ed's bike are all highlights for me. I've had that 4 pegs tshirt for ages too, glad to see it re-released.I don't normally post photos of my bikes online as I think it's a little weird but I've just received and built my ATfids so I'll throw some pictures up of my now retired WZA when I'm on a real computer on Tuesday.

ATFids? Why does that make me think of The Fids the rider and his blinding yellow frames?

That's exactly what it is http://www.sourcebmx.com/product/frames/sm-bmx/sm-atfids-frame/18048.shtml

Which plastics are you running?
I had a full set of G-Sport Plegs then ended up snapping both rear ones, went back to jpegs for a bit and now I've got Plegs at the front and Animal Butchers at the rear. I'm finding the Butchers slide nice and feel really solid thanks to the full length insert but wear quite quick, so I definitely haven't found the ideal set up.
I use the Primos with the sleeve (pretty much the ANML Butchers), they get their wear but aslong as the thing your grinding is well waxed and won't tear your peg up they should last, I learnt that the hardway the day I brought a new set..

That's BRILLIANT!! Didn't realise he was still riding, i've been out the loop for years. Was on Source lastnight looking at the cheapest United Supreme wheel, anyone got an opinion?
Basically i only ride for fun twice a month, shouldn't take too much of a beating, but run left pegs.

Nice! Can't go wrong with Black, Chrome and Tan walls! Did you go for Yellow or Black Fids?
-
• #116
Yellow, it had to be done. I can always rattle can it when it's nice and beat up.

Fully Agree. When buying a frame like that it's a case of WWFD

was gunna take some pics of mine out in the wild today but it hasn't stopped pissing it down since i got up :(

It's a shame to have retired it but I'm sure the frame will end up in good hands.
Aside from the BB & headset which were due for replacement and the stem which I swapped for my spare frontload everything else was or will be transferred straight over. The currently pegless Fid rides really well, but owing to fresh ink in the back of my knee I wasn't able to go for more than a nibble, I'll give it a proper thrashing this Sunday.
