Giro D'Italia 2013

The way Di Luca brought the hammer down during a steep climb, and made a fast moving Sky train look like they were parked, in stage 4. Was one of, if not the, highlight for me so far.

The old fella in fluro with next to no racing this season, employed for his points after being left with no ride (and looking like his career was over).
I'd not heard of him or his previous bans but for me it was instant ((( alarm bells ))) !

...perhaps a truth and reconciliation process to wash the dirty laundry in public and finally put it to bed.

Why would a typical rider do this? They wouldn't and it wouldn't work.
