Road Wheels & Road Wheel Recommendations?

Looking for a wheelset that I can use for light touring with disc brakes. I thought about getting a set of H+ Son Archetype rims on a set of Novatecs: http://www.stradawheels.co.uk/shop/h-plus-son-archetype-cyclocross/

Anyone had any experiences with the Novatec hubs at all? Would it be in my best interest to muster up £100 and go for the Hopes instead?

Are there any alternative suggestions that people have? Once I finish the tour, I intend on using those wheels for Sunday rides too. Is there any issue with using a stock wheelset on a tour at all?

Get the Novatecs.
Use the ton extra to spend on booze and food whilst touring.

Seriously, theres no need to spend the extra on the hope hubs for what you will be doing.
