I'd like to just preemptively address any concerns:
I didn't contact her bosses 'for a laugh' or for 'rep'. I was simply genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of whoever fell foul of her attitude on the road. I was not convinced that a police intervention was either likely to happen, or that if it did, it would be effective.
I don't want her to lose her job, I would just like someone she respects to try to correct her attitudes.
