exactly - it's a pretty generic KHS frame with a dodgy communist trispoke and an old tub disc. I doubt you could get anywhere near a kagero with BLB 90mm carbons for the money the owner dropped on it, but I've never seen a troika spok for sale....
As for the pana - take an orthodox njs build on a stunning frame and then ruin it with early 90's triathlete front wheel & matching (equally cheesy) track disc, and then just take the piss with purple sleeved risers and a coloured plastic aero! genius.
