someone made a segment out of king street/queen street down to the southawk bridge lights.
yeah lets see who can race across a box junction, not one but two pedestrianised areas, a toucan crossing and stop just before what is possibly the deadliest road in central london on the pavement.
fucking stravatards.

I just got a KOM. Only to find that I'm the only person to ride it.
-
• #2107
Hippy - how well does your work on aeroplane mode?
The last time I bothered to use my phone for recording a ride as long as possible I got just over 9hrs out of it. I consider that pretty good for a phone GPS.

Balls to Strava.
Had a great 40 mile ride this morning with no less than 16 PRs, and for some reason its missed the North London Loop segment.

Balls to me.
Turns out I got the route slightly wrong, easily done over a 30km segment.

• #2122
Damn you Kasper Anker!
x2, and adding Purple MJ

I now have a 2nd position on a segment. 2secs off. It is now my mission to KOM that shit while still on fixed and on my commute. Keeping up on 30mph for 28 seconds can't be that difficult can it.

Use raceshape "snap". Just google "Strava SNAP" and you'll find it. My Garmin was a bit wayward on one of the segs I went for today (it had me riding in the field next to the road) and a quick tidy up with SNAP had me back on the road and importantly in the correct position in the table rather. It hadn't recognised I'd ridden the segment previously.

Yeah, I discovered snap and it looks useful. By the time I'd figured it out, BringMeMyFix from on here had already given me kudos so I thought it'd be a bit weird to delete and re-upload it. Also felt a little dishonest considering it was my own mistake rather than a GPS error.
I did set up a temporary account to see if snap worked, which it did. Also told me I was about five and a half minutes quicker over the 21.5 mile segment than my previous best. Will make sure to do it properly next time.
