ah, I see. mechanical hes a very specific meaning when it comes to watches.
what you mean by mechanical is 'analog'.
I get that the jewels are bearing surfaces. I just don't know what spinning parts there is in a quartz movement. I guess it's because of the chronograph complication and the functions beeing linked together somehow.
