I can't seem to see that they do. If you add to cart it only gives you the option of paypal to pay (even if you just click checkout) then says they don't ship to paypal addresses outside the US. Shame.

I just don't know what jewels are for in a quartz movement...btw it looks like this:

It takes a battery. How you could argue that it is not mechanical in operation is beyond me though.
The jewels provide bearing surfaces just like in a manual-wind watch.
if someone buys my aerospoke im getting that today!
