Looks almost exactly like a Dolan track champ, apart from the Alpina fork.

It looks like every other off the production line Taiwanese aluminium frame, but with a different paint job.

I can't be bothered to check, but I would put a small amount of money on the geometry being identical to a Fuji Track 2.0, in fact.

It's not a bad thing necessarily. It's a popular look to go for, but it's just frame rebranding and not frame building.

72.5º HT angle on the three smaller frames seems a bit slack.

Don't blame the saddle, it's the rest of the build that's wank
I haz one of these saddles and think that in addition to being super-comfortable it's also rather elegant.
I suspect it's more the seatpost design, logos and dodgy cosmetic condition of the one on that surprise that makes it look so ugly.
