Thanks - it really jars me that the chainset is silver and the rest of the parts are black - I get upset about these kinds of things! It would look nice with silver parts, but that would mean replacing them all to sate my ocd... Thanks for the tyre recommendation, I'll take a look.
The frame is probably a centimetre too small, but it was so pretty I thought I'd risk it.
The saddle is set probably an inch too high in the picture, so I'm a little shorter than it's indicating and it's actually got more rail available but the Thomson clamp is a bit chunky to let me use it. It's a good call trying a different saddle - I'd prefer to keep the Concor if I can though. I'll faff around with a Ritchey style seatpost that should allow more adjustment before deciding.
