Taken ages to build this, but managed it just in time for the nice weather (and a work sportive on Friday...:)) It's a mid 90's frame I picked up from Hilary Stone last summer - assume it's the original paint as the Roberts name are decals rather than in the paint as they currently are.
The seat position is a little high and I may need to change to the layback Thomson. I've been riding my tourer until this morning, and despite the position not being quite right it felt incredibly quick in comparison.
I've got a carbon / ahead fork that I'll probably switch to in the longer term as the headset and quill adapter look a little bulky, although the steel forks look quite pretty. It would probably also benefit from a black chainset and I'm not entirely convinced I like the white tape. I'd also quite like to put some gumwall tyres on - whats the consensus on the best ones at the minute (I won't put the BLB ones on!)
