If you're just going up Winnats and back to Sheffield there's a couple of decent climbs on the way back. Either new road which starts just north of bamford or the dale from Hathersage, both of these take you to the top of Ringinglow road which is a long straight descent back in to Sheffield.
Or you could go up and down Winnats then a loop through Bradwell>Eyam>Calver and then the climb up through Froggatt.
