You need prettier brake levers...
oh not YOU DINT.
I am so happy with my brake levers, they brought everything from vintage to 90s. They go with the font!
Might be a tight fit, it look like the Waugh is designed for 23c + mudguard, especially with those brakes.
hmmm, how tight do you reckon? Don't wanna buy the wrong thing again. Should I do it or should I go without?

can you take a photo of the brake clearance with the current tyres? to be fair the Marathon are often bigger than claim's.
-
• #105
Bitch, please. Those brake levers ain't got no place on that there bike.
Sort your routing too.
-
• #106
ed- will do.
TM - OMG... so much shade. WHAT is wrong with my cable routing?
-
• #107
They should go under your bars, not over.
Also, they are yellow. The only explanation I can think of for this second point is that you have the unfortunate affliction of colour blindness, no fear, we are here, to put you right....

Listen, Sheldon came to me in the night and told me that my Bike Is Good and that my cable routing is Lovely And Smooth and that my choice of colour is Perfection Itself and that my brake levers are Tastefully Selected.
so shut yer mouth.

Black bar tape would definately look hawtter!

Okay, well, I use cheap cloth bar tape so it wears quickly and is easy to replace, I'll try black next time to see how it looks. Just for you guyz. (cables aint going nowhere).

TM could be correct about the cable routing.....under the bars, and a little shorter would help with placement of hands on bars.....

Cable go under handlebar.
Bar wrap need to stop at brake levers.
Otherwise perfect.

In your excitement you seem to have forgotten that one should only take photos of bike while chain is in the big ring. Nice, nonetheless!

agreed with these guys on the cable routing. Where did you get the pink straps? My gf wants some

Good news, my bar tape is getting black pretty quickly.
Cable routing: As long as the curves are smooth I'm not too bothered but I admit that while I was routing I used bikes with drops for reference when I was wondering whether to go under or over. I've been riding around and decided that my brakes and saddle need to come back so at some point I'll give the cockpit a bit of a makeover and I'll bung the cables under the bars at the same time (Only out of the principle of Smoothest Curves with Shortest Amount of Cable though, tradition smadition). In terms of only bar wrapping up to the brakes- luckyskull does his over the whole handlebars and I really like it, dats why I copied him.
Clearances for mudguards for your perusal:
Wardy- I got them from the same bike jumble sale in Muswell Hill where I got my frame. They were new and in packaging though so wouldn't be surprised if you could get them on the internet but I can't remember the name of a brand if there was one. Maybe it began with a 'v'? Yeah, sorry...

Saw this in the flesh earlier - it's bloody stunning!
