I rode my bike, the first time I've done so, bar commuting, since the beginning of December.
Was delighted to discover that the form isn't too bad. Felt joyous belting along the Pilgrims Way with a tailwind, turned up Star Hill and found it quite agreeable, which was a pleasant surprise.
Had a huge grin on my face most of the time.
