First run bar a few 5km plods since my IT band devestating half marathon about 6 weeks ago.
Did just over an hour, can tell my pathetic legs aren't used to it, super-tight calf and achey thigh now. Had a sweat inducing foam roller session this evening to try to pre-empt any pain tomorrow. Kinda enjoyed the run though.
