the frame is very tight allready, with the bulge a little bit too tight, (frame was little bit bent when i bought it but i had never noticed it) i hope it can be corrected without having to replace the tubes cos they are really hard to get, i tried.

Did you ever try to straighten it out?

I always thought that ESA Columbus tubing was straight SL that got crimped by the buildmaster and that there really weren't any tubes manufactured like that. Or is ESA just Gilco tubing with more crimps?
