You'll struggle with 25mile loop to get anywhere really nice.
To get down to the m25 is about 16miles and the roads to get there are all pretty boring. But once you're beyond it it's really nice. So i'd say, get the train out, ride around and then get the train back.
If you just want to ride, then I'd go out through crystal palace and do some lanes between coulsden/purley and orpington. That's the nicest area inside of the M25.
