    they say 'spin to win'. I liked 48/16. could get up to quite a speed without breaking a sweat or panting too much. BUT my knees ached. So i changed to 48/18 which i've had since. knee ache stopped and never came back. but i feel like I'm having a heart attack (quite literally) and drip with sweat on arrival at college after my commute, even sometimes get an exertion headache if i get too excited en route. (none of these things seemed to happen 48/16). Why do i never get used to spinning even after many rides and months spent 48/18 ? (I'm healthy - run, walk, gym, cycle, eat well)

    rant over dunno what i'm on about.
