+1 (arf). Seriously though it's a joy to use for uploading pictures, so simple and quick, and it just presents photos in a really nice way - helping them fit together on the page etc. And has a built in image editor if you quickly need to tweak something.
Nobody has mentioned the fee for Flickr if you want to get the most out of it >>>>>>
The only benefit I can see with Flickr really over Google+ (or whatever) is the fact it's such an established photo site, which means if you tag appropriately more people will look at your images. Which, if that's what you're after, can be handy. I've sold pictures on buy out terms to big corporates through Flickr and that's paid for camera equipment in the past, ta very much. That's not going to happen with Google+
I really fancy one of those Ricohs as although I love my GF1 + pancake, I can't fit it in my jersey pocket, and I like to travel light for rides.
Is the GR better in any way than the IV? Based on the glass it seems not, I'd much rather have f/1.9 than f/2.8, obviously.
