Tidy build, it looks really smart and it's a nice idea with the Nexus hub.
Think you may have to build a new bike for the track though - may be easier and less frustrating than changing the wheel, chain, chainset and bars and removing the brakes every time you go down there, plus the Pomp doesn't have the most aggro of geometry.
