Yup, the lockring slipped on my way home and then stripped a mile later.
if your lockring slips you need to tighten it again asap as it can easily strip the hub if it can move. After putting a new sprocket on I carry a lockring tool around with me for a couple of weeks so I can tighten it as soon as it happens.
