The seatpost looks nuts. Its a great bit of tinkering. Cant believe the forks are for stopping you go over the bars though.
the caliper position and suspension lever causes the fork to extend/the bars to rise when the brake is applied. opposite of cenventional sus forks.
pretty clever and very ugly, heavy etc.
